Cafe of connections is a social group for both people living with dementia and their support family or friend. Our cafes are designed to have fun, improve our social life and meet new friends who truly understand what it means to experience dementia. Our group is volunteer lead and supported by professional experts in dementia care. Welcoming all ages and types of dementia. (Cost is per couple)
